Default Is it against anet's policy to buy or sell guide books for guild wars?
Sellers: after paying a small fee to anet, is it legal for them to put together guide books and sell them for real money to other gw players?

Buyers: Is it legal to buy these guide books with real money?

that is why people sell books with free account infos or free items in game
